Classes
We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.
ADULT BOOTCAMP:
(60-minute class)
This class is a high intensity metabolic workout designed to burn serious calories! Built on fundamentals of training—cardio, strength, and agility—All you need to bring is you, (as in your body) to get results! This class will take you through circuits that go from one move to the next with little or no rest in between exercises and will target muscles throughout your entire body.
BOOTCAMP FUSION:
(60-minute class)
Same great class as ADULT BOOTCAMP except we take the best moves from various disciplines and put them together along with a variety of functional equipment.
YOU WON’T GET BORED WITH THIS CLASS!
CARDIO/CORE:
(45-minute class)
Push your limits with high intensity cardio intervals interspersed with functional core training which will incorporate power, strength, and stabilization. This class will help you build a solid base for your body, allowing you to stay upright and stand strong on two feet.
STRAIGHT STRENGTH:
(60-minute class)
This efficient and effective workout targets your entire body. The class will consist of many types of movements using free weights, barbells, plyometrics, bands, and a variety of balls.
This class is designed for one thing: results!
TRX FUSION:
(45-minute class)
This class incorporates TRX suspension exercises along with cardiovascular activities like jump roping, rowing, agility ladders, etc. It is a full-body strength workout that utilizes your own body weight instead of relying on machines or free weights. It’s good for athletes, power lifters, or fitness newbies alike. If you want to improve your strength, balance, and flexibility,as well as strengthen your core, this is the class for you!
TABATA SWEAT:
(45-minute class)
TABATA workouts take your conditioning to the next level.
In this progressive overload class, you will workout in 20, 30, 40, or 60 second intervals, and incorporate such challenges as speed, power, strength, and balance which can help prevent your body from plateauing.
