Water, a towel, and a can’t-quit attitude. We provide the rest!
YES!!! We have 2 private showers with hairdryers. You will need to bring all toiletries, and a towel.
Purchase our unlimited plan on the website and reserve your spot under the "Programs" tab. We're always just a phone call away incase you are running into issues.
If you book a class but can’t make it, please cancel your reservation within 24 hours to class start time. If you do not cancel within 24hrs you will be charged the “drop-in” rate of $20.
Yes! You can book time with our trainers one-on-one. We offer packages of 6 half-hour and one-hour sessions. Contact us to setup your next training session!
